Thirty luxury homes will make up the new custom-home community called Lake Killarney Shores of Winter Park. The project replaces several aging duplexes with new custom homes, ranging in price from the $800,000s to nearly $2 million dollars for the lakefront homes.
Near the southwest corner of Lee Road and Orlando Avenue, Lake Killarney Shores spreads along Country Club Drive. The location offers lakeside living near Winter Park Village and the “Golden Mile” corridor of restaurants and shops along Orlando Avenue. All residents will have access to the 230-acre lake via the private community dock and boat ramp.
Currently three recently completed homes are move-in ready with two nearing completion and three more underway. An additional five lots are being prepped for permitting. The sales team recently launched Open House tours each weekend with Tom Lightsey, John Lazenby, and Carol Lazenby of Colony Realty Group.

Buyers also may purchase a lot and select one of three approved custom builders – Lazarus Development Group, Classic Homes and Native Homes.
