Owens Realty Capital Breaks Ground To Build Starbucks On Lee Road

Owens Realty Capital kicked off construction to develop a 2,500-square foot Starbucks with a drive-thru on Lee Road near Interstate 4. The estimated completion date is in the third quarter of 2021. Great Southern Constructors is the project’s general contractor. Jacobs & Associates Inc is the project’s architect. Owens Realty Capital currently owns and operates the two existing structures at the location.

This area of Lee Road, east of Interstate 4, grows increasingly desirable to developers with more plans for shops, restaurants, hotels, office space, and medical centers along this small Winter Park corridor.
